A 20-year-old patient came to the outpatient clinic complaining chronic abdominal pain and bloating. Physical examination revealed a mobile abdominal mass, which appeared as hyperechoic material with ultrasound attenuation at the abdominal US scan. Upper GI endoscopy showed a trichobezoar causing gastroectasia. It was surgically removed.
