Background: Double pylorus is an extremely rare congenital duplication of the pyloric canal. 

Clinical features: Although frequently asymptomatic, it may present with nonspecific digestive complaints or be complicated by ulcerative lesions.

Diagnosis: Endoscopic and radiologic evaluation are the mainstay for identifying the anomaly and assessing its clinical relevance. 

Management: Therapeutic strategies range from conservative follow‑up in asymptomatic patients to corrective surgical intervention in symptomatic or complicated cases.
