A 69-year-old man with locally advanced renal cell carcinoma undergoing chemotherapy was admitted to the emergency room for melena and severe anemia. CT revealed two protruding hypervascular lesions in the stomach, which were confirmed by endoscopy. Given the superficial appearance of the masses, an endoscopic polypectomy (EMR) was successfully performed. After these procedures, his Hb levels normalized and he was able to continue his oncology treatment.
