A 27-year-old man was hospitalized for bloody diarrhea. After an upper GI examination (normal), a lower GI endoscopy (with fresh blood but no identification of the source), and a CT scan suggesting a jejunal mass, he underwent laparoscopic abdominal exploration, which revealed a Meckel's diverticulum. This was successfully treated surgically.
