A 67-year-old man with atrial fibrillation on anticoagulant therapy was admitted for gastrointestinal bleeding. Upper and lower endoscopy did not identify any source of bleeding. CT revealed a hypervascular jejunal lesion, which was successfully surgically removed (courtesy of Dr. Anna Maria MATRONE). Pathological examination revealed a hemangioma.
