57-year-old male underwent ultrasound examination for isolated elevation of GammaGT and CA19.9, with no evidence of chronic liver disease. Ultrasound showed diffuse macroscopic heterogeneity of the liver structure without signs of portal hypertension, in contrast to FIBROSCAN which was abnormal. MRI and liver biopsy made the diagnosis possible
