A 71-year-old man was admitted as an outpatient for colonoscopy (positive FOBT in the colorectal cancer screening program).
Endoscopy revealed a 25 mm polyp at the sigmoid colon (Paris 0-Is Kudo IV), which was removed en bloc by EMR snare polypectomy. Intraprocedural bleeding occurred, which was successfully treated with COAGRASPER. No further complications were observed during follow-up. Full video on YOUTUBE https://youtu.be/jY0L9rwol2c
