A 47-year-old patient was referred to the outpatient clinic due to abdominal pain in lower right side with the suspicion of appendicitis. Patient had recently undergone an inguinal hernia repair. Ultrasound scan showed a hyperechoich echoattenuating mass corresponding to the painful area. A CT scan showed no signs of flogosis or appendicitis and confirmed a lesion in the lower right side, that was interpreted as the hernia repair plug determining a skin-bladder postsurgical adherence. Patient was successfully treated by TURB with symptoms relief
