A 33-year-old woman, diagnosed with sacroiliitis and atopic dermatitis, underwent a colonoscopy due to ongoing gastrointestinal symptoms. She had experienced frequent bowel movements with a tendency toward diarrhea, accompanied by hematochezia and an increased urgency to defecate. Given her medical history and persistent symptoms, further investigation was deemed necessary to determine the underlying cause and assess potential inflammatory or pathological conditions affecting the gastrointestinal tract."
