Krukenberg tumor is a metastatic cancer to the ovarythat arise from the stomach; it may also originate from other organs (appendix, breast, colon, small bowel, gallbladder, pancreas, and genitourinary system).
This case start from a hydronefrosis due to a left ovarian cancer (treatd by ureteral stenting); transvaginal FNB evaluation showed a signet ring cells tumor. CT scan revealed a thickening of gastric wall, endoscopically and histologically confirmed. Tha patient remain under oncological treatment after 18 months
