75-year-old male with history of colonic adenomatous polyps requested an urgent colonoscopy for acute change in bowel habits. But history reported recent domestic trauma, with evidence of L2 vertebral fracture. Thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures (TVCFs) have a high incidence in the elderly population and constipation is one of the most common complications after TVCF, which may induce abdominal distention, appetite loss, nausea, other uncomfortable symptoms
